Every year, Toyota recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious eBusiness Elite Award. It’s the highest honor a dealership can receive, and is only awarded to those dealerships that have demonstrated high standards for eBusiness tools, processes, and customer satisfaction. In order to qualify dealerships must excel in promptly responding to consumer emails, providing upfront pricing, answering all questions thoroughly and honestly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
